Health & Physical Education

Keeping children healthy and active is an important goal and one that's easily accomplished at C.R.E.A.T.E. Cooperative. Children engage in various Health & PE classes to set healthy foundations for their future.

Our Health & PE classes at C.R.E.A.T.E. Cooperative are designed to support the physical, emotional, and social well-being of each child, empowering them to lead healthy, balanced lives. Through movement, mindfulness, and engaging physical challenges, students build habits that promote lifelong wellness.

Classes include a variety of offerings—from structured sports and fitness games to yoga, outdoor adventures, and health-focused workshops. Whether students are learning teamwork through cooperative games or developing body awareness through movement and breath, every class encourages growth both inside and out.

These courses emphasize more than just physical activity—they help students understand the importance of nutrition, rest, emotional regulation, and resilience. Through active play and thoughtful instruction, children gain the tools they need to make informed choices and care for their whole selves.
