Comprised of passionate, dedicated individuals, we are united by our shared commitment to fostering community, supporting homeschooling families, and enriching the lives of youth through arts, technology, and education. Each member brings a unique set of skills, experiences, and a deep belief in the power of collaboration and connection.

Our team works hand-in-hand to provide the resources, tools, and support that homeschooling families need to thrive. With a focus on growth, empowerment, and inclusivity, we are dedicated to creating spaces where both our children and community can flourish.

Rebecca Horrace, EdD

Rebecca Horrace has been involved in children’s education from brick-and-mortar classrooms to non-traditional spaces, training pre-services educators, and previously led a homeschool cooperative for military youth. She has been homeschooling her two children since her oldest started Kindergarten.

Rebecca holds a Bachelors and a Masters in Elementary Education, and a Doctorate in Literacy, Culture, and Language Education with a research focus in learning through play. She was recently appointed the Program Director of the nonprofit Pure Play Every Day to help create opportunities for all individuals to harness the power of play.

Adrienne Lynch

Adrienne Lynch is a dedicated homeschool mom to two energetic boys, and this marks her 4th year of homeschooling. She is committed to providing a personalized, enriching education for her children. Alongside her role as a homeschool educator, she plays a key part in managing Lynch Physical Therapy, a practice she co-owns with her husband.

With a degree in Business Communications and previous experience running a licensed in-home childcare facility for four years, Adrienne is thrilled to have the opportunity to help establish a homeschool initiative. She is deeply committed to fostering a vibrant and supportive homeschool community where families can thrive together.

Our Board of Directors is the guiding force behind our mission to support homeschooling families and enrich the educational journey of youth. Each member of our board brings a wealth of expertise, experience, and passion for education.

Our diverse board members come from various professional backgrounds, but they all share a common vision: to create a supportive environment where homeschooling families can thrive and students can excel. From educators and community leaders to professionals in technology, finance, and the arts, our Board of Directors works together to steer the organization towards innovative solutions, ensuring we meet the needs of our community with integrity, compassion, and excellence.

Ashley Cavinee

Ashley has several years of experience as a Special Education public school teacher for grades K-12. Following the pandemic, she decided to focus on her children's education by transitioning to homeschooling, providing a tailored learning environment at home.

Ryan Lynch, PT, CODN, CCTT

Ryan is the owner and operator of a successful physical therapy practice with multiple locations. His interest in homeschooling was sparked by his own children's educational journey and he is committed to fostering a supportive and enriching environment for his family’s learning.

CW2 Ret. Jerome Horrace

Jerome retired from the Army and is now an Integrated Security Specialist. He is deeply supportive and actively involved in the education of his two homeschooled children. Jerome values the importance of being engaged in his children's educational development.

Sandi Callender

Sandi is a skilled billing specialist at a high profile medical practice, where she plays a key role in ensuring smooth operations. Her passion for homeschool education runs deep, fueled by her personal experience supporting the educational journey of her two nephews.

Kristen Lewis

Kristen is an administrative assistant at an IT company. After carefully considering her options, she decided that public school wasn't the best fit for her family and has been successfully homeschooling her children for the past two years.
